Bryan C. Redmond

Principal

Bryan Redmond is a Principal of Suntex Ventures and founding Member of Suntex Advisors.

Prior to Suntex, Mr. Redmond was formerly a Director of M&A and Business Development for Island Global Yachting (“IGY”), the world’s premier owner, developer and manager of marinas and yachting lifestyle destinations. Mr. Redmond joined IGY through IGY’s acquisition of Sun Resorts. Prior to IGY, Mr. Redmond was Director of Acquisitions for Sun Resorts International, Inc. Sun Resorts acquired, owned and managed marinas located in Texas, Florida and the Caribbean. Mr. Redmond was responsible for over $125,000,000 of acquisitions and involved in over $250,000,000 of transactions. Prior to Sun Resorts, Mr. Redmond worked for Arthur Anderson.

Mr. Redmond is currently a general partner and investor in the Schlitterbahn Vacation Village in Cedar Park, Texas. He and his partners were responsible for providing and securing the funding for the acquisition of the land and are leading the subsequent funding of the venture. Mr. Redmond led the negotiations and execution of the development agreement and approximate $86,000,000 incentives agreement with the City of Cedar Park. He is also a general partner and an investor in numerous real estate developments, real estate partnerships and operating companies.

Mr. Redmond attended Southwestern University, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with Honors in Finance and played two years of collegiate baseball. Mr. Redmond is a licensed Texas real estate agent and currently resides in Plano, TX with his wife and daughter.
