Suntex Ventures Announces Formation of Suntex Waterfront Management, LLC

DALLAS, TEXAS (January 4, 2010)

Suntex Ventures, LLC, a Dallas-based real estate fund focused on owning and operating mixed-use waterfront properties, announced today that it has officially launched Suntex Waterfront Management, LLC to provide marina and property management services throughout its portfolio.  This newly-formed management entity will immediately handle all daily operational oversight and transitional activities for every resort marina asset acquired by Suntex Ventures.

Suntex Waterfront Management will adhere to industry best practices while simultaneously developing innovative new methodologies and solutions to better serve its marina customers and investors alike.  Creating a robust centralized management platform will enable Suntex Waterfront Management to rapidly identify the unique needs and appropriate enhancements for each individual facility, maintain and improve marina operations and infrastructure, while establishing a brand identify synonymous with world-class quality, integrity and customer satisfaction.
