Suntex Ventures, LP announces the formation of Suntex Waterfront Advisors and brings on new President.

DALLAS, TEXAS (January 1, 2009)

The principals of Suntex Ventures have formed a new asset management company called Suntex Waterfront Advisors. Dallas entrepreneur, Derek Wilson, has been brought on as a Principal of Suntex Ventures and President of Suntex Advisors.

Suntex Advisors is responsible for the acquisition, management, disposition, and financing of the project entities through which Suntex Ventures makes its acquisitions.
