Our Company. Unique, Proven, Solid
For over fourteen years we have led the acquisition of sixteen mixed-use resort assets, encompassing over 4,000 slips, full service marina operations, retail, office, restaurants and hotels in the United States, the Caribbean and Mexico. We owned fourteen of those assets. Over the years our reputation has grown because we have been dedicated to our investors and our employees while improving the lives of our customers and guests.
Our Fund
Our GP fund, Suntex Waterfront Capital, LP I, establishes joint ventures with institutional investors to invest in mixed-use waterfront properties. After acquisition, we create value for our investors, partners and customers by operating more efficiently and controlling all asset management to increase cash flow.
Our vast experience comes from our previous Company, Sun Resorts International. We successfully sold most of Sun Resorts’ portfolio and large property management company in 2007 to a few select buyers including Island Global Yachting (IGY), the worlds largest marina owner.

Our Mission
To invest in, operate, and own mixed-use waterfront properties including marinas, office, retail, hotel, and other select assets. Based upon our research, experience, and historical success, we are focusing on high-end resort destinations. We anticipate that such markets will fare well over the long term due to solid demographic trends.

Over the past fourteen years we had built up one of the most respected management companies in the marina industry. From dockhands to accounting staff to maintenance technicians, our marina management employees were well trained and customer-friendly.
Our new management company, Suntex Waterfront Management, applies the same high standards of quality in the operation and maintenance of the Suntex portfolio of assets.
